Cornell AgriTech extension focuses on fruits and vegetables—how to raise them, the insects that eat them, the diseases that make them sick, the foods and beverages they become, and introducing new varieties that thrive in New York State. Extension and outreach at Cornell AgriTech supports new agricultural industries and entrepreneurs, lowers food production costs, reduces farming’s environmental impact, and produces value-added products for consumers. This section highlights extension resources for New York’s most important fruit and vegetable commodities.

Many online resources and publications can be found in each section, we also maintain an online bookstore as an additional resource.
